Introducing 2-way Sync For Google and Outlook Calendar

We've updated the Google and Outlook integrations with new filter options, more customization, and the ability to add your calendar events to Float and send your Float tasks back to your calendar—at the same time.

With 2-way Sync, you'll never miss another important assignment, meeting, or appointment again!

Send your calendar events to Float

Scheduled team members can get connected by selecting Settings > Calendar Integrations from the top of Float.

Once you've logged into your Google or Outlook account, simply choose the calendar you want to send to Float, the events you'd like to import, and the project you want them assigned to.

We've added the option to hide event titles and descriptions so other team members can't see the specifics if you don't want them to. Instead, your imported events will display as "Google/Outlook Calendar Event."

Send your Float tasks to your calendar

Likewise, you can now sync tasks created in Float with your Google or Outlook calendar and have them display there. Select the tasks you want to send from Float, the calendar you want to send them to, and click Save.

Your Float tasks are immediately exported to your Google or Outlook calendar.

Easy, right?

With 2-way Sync, your future events will be automatically imported to the Schedule in Float and your future tasks will be automatically exported to your Google or Outlook calendar.
