Project and phase roles display enhancements

Improvement

The most accurate role for each person now appears across the project side panel, project plan, and project view. If someone has different roles at the project and phase levels, a tooltip shows the role assigned at each level. If someone is assigned to a phase but not the project directly, their first available phase role is shown so there's always a role visible for context. Learn more.
