Role-based estimating lets you forecast costs and margins earlier in the process. Add unassigned roles (like Designer, Developer, or Strategist) with the rates you’ve set, and see how different staffing scenarios will shape the budget.

This means you can:

• Cost projects and budget accurately before a project team is locked in
• Explore scenarios to test how different resourcing options, like seniority, affect profitability
• Move seamlessly from estimating to scheduling once the team is assigned

From roles to people, without the rework

Once your project is closer to kickoff, simply assign team members to the roles you’ve planned. Your estimates will stay intact, and you’re ready to go.
