She's passionate about the ability of effective resource management to prevent teams from burning out and deliver value on projects. A natural people connector and community activist, Ritika loves helping folks learn more about digital PM and how to set up high-performing and focused teams—she’s the local organizer of Vancity Digital Project Managers with nearly 2,000 members who meet monthly to discuss all things PM.
