What do you believe is a best practice for resource management?
It's about assigning the right people with the right skills to do the work—not just who's available. High-performing project teams will be assigned tasks that best fit their interests, ability, and capacity. The project manager's role is to make their team's job easier to deliver and achieve their goals sustainably, every time.
