How does the free trial work?
You have up to 30 days to kick the tires and see if Float is right for you—no strings attached. You'll have access to all of our great features, and can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time, without losing any of your data.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of people you choose to schedule. Guest users who do not appear on the schedule, as well as archived people, are free. Projects, Clients, and Departments are all unlimited. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time.
For time tracking, it's an extra $5 per person, per month. Time tracking is applied to all scheduled people on your account.
How secure is Float?
We take customer security seriously. We're PCI compliant and the information you provide us is sent and received over a secure SSL connection. Data is stored in an encrypted format by our third-party provider Google Cloud Platform. We've maintained a 99.5%+ uptime and keep daily backups so your data is always safe.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Subscription fees are debited from your account each billing period, and a receipt is emailed to the billing contact on file. All prices are in USD. If you're interested in paying by check or wire please contact us.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
We’re happy to offer a 10% discount to all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and others who qualify as charities (subject to verification). Please contact us at email@example.com to apply for the nonprofit discount.
