How does the free trial work?

You have up to 30 days to kick the tires and see if Float is right for you—no credit card required. You get access to all our great features, and you can choose to upgrade at any time and keep all of your data.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of team members you choose to schedule. Guest users who do not appear on the schedule, as well as archived users, are free. Projects, Clients, and Departments are all unlimited. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time.

How secure is Float?

We take customer security seriously. We're PCI compliant and information you provide us is sent and received over a secure SSL connection. Data is stored in encrypted format by our third-party provider Google Cloud Platform. We've maintained 99.5%+ uptime and keep daily backups so your data is safe.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Subscription fees are debited from your account each billing period, and a receipt is emailed to the billing contact on file. If you're interested in paying by check or wire please contact us.
