How does the free trial work?

You have up to 30 days to kick the tires and see if Float is right for you—no credit card required. You get access to all our great features, and you can choose to upgrade at any time and keep all of your data. Run out of time? Contact us and we’d be happy to extend your trial!

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of active team members you choose to schedule. Guest users who do not appear on the schedule, as well as archived members, are free. Projects, Clients, and Departments are all unlimited.

How secure is Float?

We take customer security seriously. We're PCI compliant and information you provide us is sent and received over a secure SSL connection. Data is stored in encrypted format by our third-party provider Rackspace US, Inc. We've maintained 99.5%+ uptime and keep daily backups so your data is safe.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Subscription fees are debited from your account automatically each billing period, and a receipt is emailed to the billing contact on file.

How long are your contracts?

We offer both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans receive a 15% discount. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Can I pay by check or wire?

Yes, this option is available on annual plans for an additional $150 fee. Contact us for more info.
